BRADLEY INDUSTRIAL TEXTILES, INC. WARRANTY:

Bradley Industrial Textiles, Inc. warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship when delivered to Bradley Industrial Textiles, Inc. customers and that our products meet the certified specifications.

If a product is found to be defective, and our customer gives notice to Bradley before installing the product, Bradley will replace the product without charge to our customer or refund the purchase price at Bradley’s discretion when returned to Bradley’s manufacturing plant in Valparaiso, Florida. Replacing the product or obtaining a refund are the buyer’s sole remedy for a breach and Bradley will not be liable for any consequential damage attributed to a defective product.

It is the duty of the purchaser that the goods must be examined by a person with sufficient knowledge to recognize any obvious defects in material or workmanship. The buyer further agrees and understands that the product is sold “as is” “with all faults”. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description of the face hereof. Should it become necessary to take legal action to obtain payment or defend this contract, customer agrees to pay attorney’s fees and associated cost of the action.
